Local High School Foundation seeking Executive Director
Local Public High School Foundation is seeking a highly qualified Executive Director to lead our foundation in all areas of fundraising, including - events, grant writing, donor development etc. Our new ED will be responsible for all foundation operations and work cooperatively with our active volunteer Board of Directors. The ED will report directly to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors.
Ideal candidate will be familiar with local, regional and State granting organizations and opportunities, have experience in organizing large scale events. Candidate will also have excellent donor relations and communication skills, time management, follow up skills, demonstrated ability to work independently and make solid decisions with high attention to detail. Must be proficient in QuickBooks, MS Office Suite, databases, Excel, fundraising software, graphic design, social media, website management, marketing and community relations.
Must have 3 years or more of related experience with demonstrated success in fundraising, preferably in a school/educational setting.
About Us – The Royal Pride Foundation (RPF) is a 501 (C)3 non-profit that supports San Marcos High School and serves over 2200 students through our mission “To raise money through community engagement and to support and provide an environment where all students feel supported and inspired to reach their highest potential.”
Position is full or part time dependent on preference of candidate. Compensation will be competitive based on experience.
