General Manager – Non-Profit Organization (20-30 hours per week)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager for our non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction. This position works closely with the Board of Directors under general supervision to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
Overseeing and coordinating a team of volunteers
Managing café operations
Collecting rent from daily meetings
Organizing and executing special events focused on the recovery community
Building outreach partnerships with other recovery programs
Qualifications:
Computer skills including Google Docs, Excel & Word. Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus
Proven management experience
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to enforce club policies
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with the recovery community is a plus, but not required
