Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Camp Counselor to join our team at Elings Park's Outdoor Adventure Camp. As the Lead Counselor, you will oversee daily camp activities, ensure the safety and well-being of campers, and facilitate engaging outdoor adventures.
Basic Required Skills:
- Previous experience working with children in a camp or outdoor education setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to plan and lead outdoor activities such as hiking and team-building exercises
- CPR certification (must be current)
- Ability to pass a background check
