Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide assistance with:
Cash Receipts and bank deposits
Process laundry quarters and prepare bank deposit
Collection efforts including phone calls, texts, email and 3-day notices
Communicate with residents regarding balance issues
Update Appfolio regarding tenant rent charges
Enter lease, lease assignments/subleases, tenant add on, lease amendments, lease extensions, rent increases and Section 8 paperwork
Provide back up coverage to the front desk for lunch as needed
Special projects as assigned by Trust Accounting Manager
