Administrative Assistant

Office Duties:

Greet clients, vendors and deliveries that come in.

Answer phones and respond to email’s as necessary.

Post accounts payable invoices and credit card purchases.

Create and maintain updated spreadsheets of customer jobs.

Maintain and update calendar daily.

General clerical duties such as scanning, faxing, mailing, filing, etc.

Order supplies and materials.

Office Requirements and Qualifications:

Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position.

Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.

Experience with QuickBooks.

Great organizational and multitasking abilities with an expert attention to details.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.

Knowledge of boats would be helpful but not required.
