Assistant Property Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Property Supervisor with a fantastic local business serving Santa Barbara County. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with real estate experience, so if you’re interested, submit your resume now because this position will fill quickly!

The Assistant Property Supervisor position is full time and temp to hire, located in Santa Barbara, CA. Hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday with a payrate of $24 – $26/Hr.

Benefits if hired include: Medical, dental, paid vacation & holidays, profit and pension vesting, a 401k plan, and daycare reimbursement benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Tenant and resident communication, notices and relations.

Perform exterior, semi-annual interior, and move out inspections.

Enter work orders.

Complete security deposit reconciliations.

Project scopes, bidding and coordination.

Assist with leasing: marketing, lease drafting, application processing.

Back up for front office – handling phone and walk-in traffic.

Occasional weekend work is required.

Emergency on-call approximately 6 weeks per year.

Meeting with vendors and in-house maintenance techs.

Meeting and collaborating with onsite managers (if applicable).

All other duties as requested by Senior Property Supervisor.

Skills & Qualifications

Available to work full time, plus overtime as needed (Especially in June)

Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel

Clean DMV record

Working vehicle and current auto insurance

Great organizational and people skills
