Santa Barbara-based electronics company with international customer base is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the companys Vice President. You will handle a wide range of administrative tasks and provide support services for other team members as well.
You must be a motivated self-starter able to work with little direction.
Very organized
Detail oriented
Consistent follow through on action items
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Very proficient with office software: e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Quick learner
Strong time management skills
Able to work autonomously
Proficiency in Spanish a plus
Your responsibilities will include:
Researching and booking travel; assisting with travel logistics
Completing expense reports
Assisting with presentations, reports and proposals
Invoicing, accounts receivable
Managing inventory and office supplies
FedEx, UPS, DHL
