Hospitality Team Member

We are Goodland Chiropractic. A multidisciplinary health and wellness center that is committed to results and creating a safe and welcoming, family friendly environment for optimal healing. We are unique from other offices because we meet patients where they are and listen to their needs and concerns. We believe that knowledge is meant to be shared and place a high value on patient education and personal development. We create personal experience for each and every patient, from their treatment plans to their general interactions with us as staff. As a predominantly referral based practice, we are building and maintaining relationships in our community every day. We are looking for an amazing teammate to start immediately.

Position Available25 hours/week:

Tuesday: 3:30-7:30pm

Wednesday: 3-8pm

Thursday: 3:30-8pm

Friday: 1-6:30pm (90 min staff meeting and 30 minute lunch)

Saturday: 8:30-2:30pm

Dress Code is Business Casual or Goodland Chiropractic Shirt.

Compensation: $25/hour starting pay

Bonuses: Performance Based

Benefits: Free Chiropractic Care and half off all other services available at the office. Closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

Requirements:

-Experience in hospitality and/or sales, a plus if experiences is in the medical field.

-Friendly, helpful, compassionate and welcoming individual who is both professional and authentic in their demeanor.

-Willing to become an expert in our services and specialties.

-Team player that wants to be a part in the clinics overall success.

-Organized and has the ability to prioritize duties. Detail oriented.

-Able to use multiple forms of communication.

-Enjoys keeping a tidy and clean work space that is conducive for healing.

-Proficient in word, excel and google drive.

-Not Required but great ifBilingual, has some knowledge of chiropractic and massage, medical billing or coding, experience with Canva.

Duties:

-Uphold company Core Values.

-Opening office and getting prepared for the shift.

-Reception work: Answer calls, texts, emails. Scanning and faxing patient documents and insurance cards.

-Be the face of the practice that greets everyone and helps to make them comfortable in the space. We are looking for someone who enjoys hospitality!

-Directing patient flow and managing the schedule on Jane.

-Billing and scheduling on Jane.

-Overseeing ALL cleaning duties of the office, including laundry.

-Refilling the water jugs.

-Maintaining and updating the inventory.

-Fill out Daily shift log.

-Working cohesively with our Office Manager to support each staff member and each individual patient to have a wonderful experience.

-Participate in the mandatory weekly staff meeting and responsible for taking detailed minutes.

-Closing office.
