Office Administrative Assistant

Seeking experienced, responsible, trustworthy office assistant who is well organized, can work independently without supervision, and who is looking for a long-term opportunity. Previous office experience is important and a great attitude and upbeat personality are vital since part of the job entails fielding phone calls and responding to emails from our clients, suppliers and our team in the field. Solid writing skills/grammar and great organization and follow-up skills are a must.

Primary duties will include:

Customer service, scheduling, follow-up, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks; HR issues (maintaining files, hiring, benefits, payroll, etc.); invoicing; helping create estimates; working with our insurance companies, bookkeeper, and other vendors; ordering uniforms and supplies; scheduling and coordinating appointments and marketing campaigns; and talking with our team members and with clients on the phone and via email.
