Receptionist/Property Management Assistant

Hello!

We are looking for a front desk receptionist/property management assistant in our real estate office.

Full time position (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm. On call one weekend per month.

Responsibilities will include:

1) Answering incoming property management and sales phone calls

2) Entering maintenance work orders, bills, and rents through Appfolio software

3) Showing rental properties to prospective tenants

4) General office work (organizing files, data entry, etc.)

5) Greeting walk-in customers

Requirements:

1) Driver's License

2) Car (and proof of insurance)

3) Computer experience (Email, Word, Excel, etc.)

Benefits will be discussed at interview.

You will receive training for the responsibilities above, but office and/or real estate experience would be a plus.
