Busy local CPA firm with two offices and remote employees seeks full time receptionist for upcoming tax season. Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm; some Saturdays in April
Individual should be punctual and reliable, have good phone skills and a strong attention to detail. Work in a less paper cloud computer environment in the SB office with ample parking and beautiful views.
Job duties include:
Answering and directing calls
Scanning incoming client data and filing
Keeping file room organized and supplies ordered
Assisting other support and professional staff
Receiving clients and other receptionist duties
Hourly rate depends upon experience, OT paid.
