Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tennis Clubhouse front desk agent to join our team.
Job Duties:
Clubhouse Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the clubhouse, including opening and closing procedures and cleanliness.
Member Services: Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Facility Management: Coordinate court reservations, manage equipment rentals, and ensure proper functioning of facilities such as locker rooms and restrooms.
Staff Supervision: Supervise clubhouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels of supplies and merchandise, and place orders as needed to ensure availability.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to club policies, safety regulations, and applicable laws.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as record-keeping, cash handling, and preparing reports as required.
Hours would be 8:15am-2pm when working opening shifts on weekends
Qualifications:
Strong customer service
Strong organizational skills
Punctual
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and clubhouse management software.
