Coastal Properties is looking for a Broker's Assistant for our busy Montecito office. The ideal candidate will be someone who knows real estate or is looking to get into real estate, has initiative, and pays close attention to detail. The ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks is essential. The work is primarily focused on real estate, but this position does involve assisting the broker with personal matters and general office management.
Additional Qualifications:
Office experience is a plus
Computer proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
Comfortable with office technology (computers, wifi routers, printers, etc)
Strong written and verbal skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, clients and associates
Must have ability to work independently without supervision and collaboratively when needed
California Real Estate License is a plus
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting broker with setting up client appointments
Attending and scheduling home inspections
Answering phones and emails and providing team support as needed
Attending open houses and showings, occasionally on the weekends
