$16.50 – $24.00 per hour (based on structure) + per-closed-loan bonus
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Loan Officer Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting Loan Officers by providing outstanding client service, ensuring smooth loan processing, and managing critical administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional communication.
Collect and follow up on documentation, resolve missing information, and prepare complete loan files.
Assist with prospect follow-up and outreach to business contacts.
Maintain and update the CRM database.
Set up and manage loan files, adhering to required timelines.
Deliver exceptional service to clients, partners, and referral sources.
Support marketing initiatives and manage social media presence (experience in social media is a plus).
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years as a Loan Officer Assistant or in a related mortgage role.
Skills:
o Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
o Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Encompass.
o Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
License: Active NMLS license required.
Dependable, deadline-driven, and consistent in communication.
