Social Media Marketing & Personal Assistant (Part-Time)
Boutique short-term rental management company in Santa Barbara is looking for a self-motivated Social Media Marketing & Personal Assistant to work directly with the owners.
Responsibilities include:
Managing company social media accounts
Creating 3+ posts, reels, and stories per week
Assisting with day-to-day needs related to our rental properties
Position details:
Approx. 12 hours per week
Flexible schedule
Ideal candidate:
Strong social media marketing skills
Familiar with Santa Barbara
Interest in real estate or short-term rentals
Able to work independently with minimal guidance
Organized, reliable, and proactive
