Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Consultant at The Optimist in Santa Barbara, CA. The Retail Consultant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving retail sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for all customers. Additionally, the Retail Consultant will assist in creating a welcoming and engaging environment within the store.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Strong background in Retail Sales and Sales techniques
Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and create positive customer experiences
Experience in providing personalized styling and tailoring services is a plus
Knowledge of men's fashion trends and global brands
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing role
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Fashion or Retail is preferred
