Job Title: Operations Associate
Reports to: Director of Operations

The Role: Blumaka is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our Operations team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, tech-savvy, and comfortable switching between administrative and operational tasks.
You’ll help us maintain order and top-tier service to our online and wholesale customers.
Key Responsibilities:
o Picking and packing orders for shipment
o Process returns and exchanges
o Replenishing items from back-stock
o Taking inventory counts
o Receiving shipments
o Other miscellaneous tasks to keep warehouse organized clean and running smoothly
Qualifications:
o Able to work independently
o Ability to learn new systems and business applications quickly
o Ability to multi-task
o Work with a growth mindset
o Be adaptable in their workflow
o Be willing to keep up in a fast paced environment
o Follow established operational workflows
o Aspire to come up with helpful ideas for day to day problem solving

Part-time Hourly: $16.50-$19.00/hr
