PRODUCTION - We seek an experienced operations/production manager, organized and able to improve work flow and efficiencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create and implement operational processes to maximize volume and value of donations resulting in annual increase in net profits

2. Supervise retail managers and productions staff including E-Commerce and Route Drivers

3. Oversee and provide guidance for e-commerce inventory, sales, and promotion

4. Coordinate daily operations of the production line, driver routes, and deliveries between stores

5. Anticipate production needs by daily planning, staffing, organizing, delegating and follow-through

6. Utilize pricing and marketing strategies in order to drive sales and increase profits

7. Improve operational processes and efficiencies through technology and automation

8. Develop and lead safety programs and procedures across all departments within retail operations

9. Design and implement training programs and supporting materials for employee education and development

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in a supervisory retail setting

2. Expertise in processes and efficient work flow

3. Eligible to work in the United States

4. Must have good computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite of software

5. High School Diploma or equivalent

6. Enjoy fast paced environment and working in a team setting

7. Must speak, read, and write good English and be able to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers.

Ability to speak and understand Spanish is highly desirable

7. Ability to identify bottlenecks in processes and trouble shoot solutions on the fly
