As the first point of contact with customers, responsibilities include assisting customers with product recommendations, operating cash register, using a POS system, communicating with warehouse staff using walkie-talkies to coordinate sale delivery to customer vehicles, scheduling off-site deliveries, answering phone calls, product purchasing for inventory, inventory check-in with PO # system.
A pleasant personality, team player attitude, and customer service history are required. Must be able to multitask! Must be able to learn/comprehend product names, abbreviations, and current inventory. This is a fast-paced job!
Ranching, pet and livestock knowledge is preferred
Lightspeed Point of Sale experience helpful.
Part-time. We are open Monday – Saturday
Knowledge of Purchasing Inventory is preferred.
