We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team! This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales transactions, and maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment.

Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday 9:45am - 6:15pm
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
-Greet customers as they enter, assist with inquiries, and thank them upon departure.
-Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register.
-Maintain store presentation by cleaning, organizing, and restocking merchandise.
-Assist with merchandising, displays, and promotions.
-Receive, sort, tag, and price incoming donations.
-Follow store policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety protocols.
-Monitor and report safety, security, and personnel concerns.
-Support store opening and closing procedures.
-Attend training sessions to enhance job knowledge and skills.
-Be flexible with work assignments, including potential transfers to other store locations.
Requirements:
-Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
-Ability to operate a cash register and computer system.
-Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
-Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
-Willingness to work varied hours, including overtime as needed.
