We are a fast-growing new dealership with huge market potential! As a Sales Representative for Bobcat of Ventura, you will be the voice and primary point of contact for the Bobcat brand. Your role involves leveraging your exceptional sales and consultative skills to understand the needs of potential customers and transform them into loyal clients. We seek ambitious, outgoing individuals who are passionate about engaging customers, building relationships, and promoting our equipment and services.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maximize the sale and rental of Bobcat's new and pre-owned equipment, attachments, and accessories within the
assigned territory.
- Create, develop, and maintain customer relationships and brand loyalty to increase market share in the territory.
- Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, work with customers on financing and payment options, prepare contracts,
and close orders.
- Meet or exceed individual and company sales goals for units sold and gross profit.
- Provide solutions to customers and potential customers relating to their equipment needs.
- Provide on-site expertise for demonstrations, machine inspections, and technical support.
- Maintain company CRM contact database for designated territory.
- Generate new customers through frequent calls and opportunity visits.
- Transport equipment, stage, and load equipment for delivery to customers.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Three years of sales or industry-related experience
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of construction or related equipment is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
This position includes a company vehicle, cell phone, and credit card.
