Ever wonder how a t-shirt is printed or embroidery is done? Local 40 year old company is seeking a to hire a new Sales & Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our team! We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person looking to work, grow and thrive within our company.
Candidate's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting customers with sales related to promotional, screen printing and embroidery related products.
Greeting customers in our showroom
Assisting with the answering of phones
Explaining products and services to our customers in person, over the phone and via email
Provide quotes, create sales orders and order products related to the sale
Track the progress of each job from start to completion
Qualifications:
Candidate must have a strong work ethic
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and with the ability to multitask on several jobs at once
Have the ability to provide great customer service and build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
Graphic design background a plus
Software / Computer Qualifications:
Typing ability
Computer Literate
Microsoft word and Excel general knowledge
Adobe Illustrator a plus
Education:
Must have a high school diploma
Must have at least a two year degree or equivalent work experience
