We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual for an entry-level Computer Technician position. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin their career in IT. The successful candidate will assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining computers & systems, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues.
Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in person.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems and networks.
Install and configure new hardware and software.
Help with setting up new employee workstations, including computers and peripherals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS).
Strong willingness to learn and grow in the IT field.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
