Hospitality-Property Inspections & Guest Support
Location: Santa Barbara
Job Type: Part Time, MUST be responsible with reliable transportation, STRONG work ethic and be a TEAM PLAYER!
Minimum Qualifications:
1 year hospitality experience, customer service
Great communication skills, friendly and welcoming
Basic knowledge of how home systems operate, maintenance experience a plus
MUST be available to work weekends and holidays
Cleanliness and Attention to Detail a MUST
Job will include:
-be at multiple properties per day conducting home inspections, mainly for cleanliness / maintenance needs to ensure they meet quality standards
-be willing to light clean areas if needed after housekeeping company has completed
-be able to identify and enter work orders for any items broken
-tech savvy with ability to operate many different apps
-restock supplies at homes when needed
-be willing to be on call most weekends if a representative from the company needs to be present
-provide guests assistance when on-call or on-site
-reliable car that can transport supplies
-must be very organized and flexible
-Spanish speaking a plus!
-must be able to be on-site within 20 minutes in downtown Santa Barbara when on call
Compensation dependent on experience and ability to work weekends with on call hours.
Bonuses after probationary period.
Days candidate MUST be available:
Mondays, Thursdays and most Saturdays and Sundays
Hours will vary between 11-4, on call hours TBD
