Day to day tasks will require employees to schedule and instruct crew of their assignments, conduct routine safety meetings, oversee and document project progress, complete daily reports, project and maintain materials and coordinate deliveries. Employees must provide their own transportation to each job site.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 4+ years’ experience as a Construction Foreman (Underground Construction)
3. Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record
4. Reliable transportation
5. Good attendance and punctuality required
6. Must be self-motivated and willing to work from descriptions and blueprints
7. Experience and proficiency Underground Utility Piping and Installations
8. Must have layout capabilities
9. Must have a good attitude and be willing to work with other craftsmen
10. Must be hard working and have the drive and determination to complete the task at hand
11. Must be dependable and willing to complete the project at hand from start to finish

1. Oversee, pipeline installations, repairs and maintenance on various types of pipelines, while following customer policies, procedures, safety rules and federal and state laws.
2. Must be able to direct crews as necessary to maintain project efficiency as well as maintaining a safe work site.
3. Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers
4. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
5. Must be able to complete assigned tasks in a reasonable amount of time determined by Project Supervisor.
6. Participate in and provide support for team initiatives in the areas of Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
7. Performs other duties as assigned
