ROLE: EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
LOCATION: SANTA BARBARA
$24-26/hr depending on experience, wages are negotiable.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will have a mechanical mindset and experience operating excavators, backhoes and skip loaders. Responsibilities for this position will include grading/excavation for various projects as well as trenching and back fill for utilities. Candidate must be able to read plans and understand survey markers. A clean driving record is a must for this position, as is a safety-conscious attitude. We are looking for an employee with a "CAN-DO" attitude for this position. If equipment operation is not an essential part of the scope of work for the day, we need an individual that is willing to jump in an help as needed with other duties. Immediate hire, benefit eligible position (health insurance).
REQUIREMENTS
⢠Valid Class A driver's license
⢠Reliable transportation. Truck or Van
⢠Must be a team player
⢠Work around dirt, dust and other construction environs
⢠Ability to communicate with co-workers and Foreman.
⢠Able to read instructions and follow safety rules and regulations
⢠Must consent to a pre-employment background and drug screen
