We are a small local general contracting company specializing in high-quality remodels, new home builds, and more. Our work is done at an elite level of craftsmanship, and we are looking for motivated, skilled carpenters to join our team.
Position: Skilled Carpenter
Location: Santa Barbara/Montecito
Pay: Based on experience (to be discussed in interview).
Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Good attitude and ability to work well with others
Strong work ethic, motivated, and punctual
Able to follow instructions and contribute independently when needed
Speaks English clearly and effectively
Experience:
Rough carpentry and framing experience is REQUIRED for this position
Finish carpentry experience is a strong plus but not required
Must have and know how to use basic carpenter’s tools and framer’s hand/power tools
Ability to follow directions with attention to detail
