Framer - $22-$45 DOE
We are currently hiring Framers with 2+ years of experience in a commercial or residential environment. Candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP as we have an immediate need in the Santa Barbara area.

Key Responsibilities:
-Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal framing materials according to blueprints and specifications.
-Construct walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components.
-Install windows, doors, and other framing-related elements.
-Read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
-Ensure work meets building codes and safety standards.
-Collaborate with other trades and team members on-site.
-Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a framer or carpenter in commercial and residential settings
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
-Skilled in using hand and power tools
-Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
-Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
-Reliable transportation to job sites
-[Optional] OSHA certification or other relevant safety training
Compensation:
Competitive starting pay $22 - $45/hr or depending on experience
