Applicants must have reliable transportation and their own basic tools.
Experience 3+ years
Must be able to understand and speak English, bilingual/Spanish speaking is beneficial
Applicants must have valid driver's license, citizenship or work permit
Knowledgeable in setting grades, concrete/finishing, masonry, framing, drywall, electrical, irrigation/plumbing, tile.
Must be able to give direction to laborers
Must be able to read and follow plans
Must be able to follow directions from contractor, owner, architect, designer, engineer
We work in the Santa Ynez Valley, Lompoc area, Santa Barbara area, San Luis Obispo area, applicant must be able to commute to work and be punctual
