Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Gardener (Urban Farmer) to join our team at Goodland Gardens. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and outdoor spaces, with experience in various gardening tasks.

Duties
- Perform general garden maintenance including weeding, pruning, and planting
- Water and irrigate plants as needed
- Harvesting of produce
- Assist in greenhouse operations for plant care, propagation and transplanting
- Knowledge of organic pest management
Requirements
- Knowledge of garden care practices and techniques
- Experience with small food production
- Familiarity with a variety of plants and their specific needs, including seasonality and crop rotation
- Previous experience in farm or greenhouse settings is a plus
- Experience with irrigation and control panel management
This position will begin ASAP. The ideal candidate can commit to 1 year
This job requires driving. You must have access to a car
You must be physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, digging, and moving bags of soil, pots, wheelbarrows, 15 gallon fruit trees, etc
