HVAC Lead installer $30.00 - $40.00 an hour. Full-Time/ Santa Barbara
We are currently searching for a lead installer to join our growing business. We are a locally owned HVAC company with over 27 years of serving Santa Barbara and beyond. We are looking for an employee that is interested in long-term employment and staying busy year round.
Job Responsibilities:
Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation units and radiant floor heating systems.
Sheet metal ductwork as needed.
Fabricate and install various ducts and duct fittings as required.
Perform start-ups on air conditioning systems.
Oversea the work of installers to ensure work is completed correctly.
What We're Looking For:
5 or more years of HVAC installation experience.
Nate and EPA Certification is preferred, but assistance will be provided to obtain.
Compensation and Benefits:
$30.00 to $40.00 an hour (depending on experience)
