job title: local consultant for garage conversion
We are looking to get permits to get our garage converted into a legal living space.
We need a local expert who has a lot of experience with what precisely needs to be added, improved, or changed in order to make it legal with the city of Santa Barbara.
We will need references from people for whom you were able to successfully get this done.
PS: This is a very small project. Garage has drywall, vinyl floor, toilet, shower. This is the way it was purchased "as is" many years ago. We are currently using it as storage, music and work-out area.
