Reports To: Director of Maintenance
Summary: As a Maintenance Technician at Wolfe & Associates, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our properties remain in excellent condition. Under the guidance of the Director of Maintenance, you'll be responsible for completing assigned tasks through service orders and working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. This is a Leadership Position!
Duties:
Efficiently complete service orders in a timely manner.
Accurately document work for record-keeping purposes.
Maintain a well-stocked "standard kit" of essential supplies and equipment.
Keep your work vehicle clean and in good working condition during working hours.
Properly care for borrowed tools and return them promptly.
Maintain your personal tools in excellent working order.
Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Coordinator and Maintenance Director.
Qualifications:
Commitment to stable, full-time employment.
Willingness to work occasional, compensated overtime.
Ability to work independently and complete tasks without direct supervision.
Effective time management and prioritization skills.
Possess a reliable vehicle, clean DMV record, auto insurance, and own tools.
Core Skills:
Expertise in general repairs and maintenance.
Adaptability and flexibility in adjusting to changing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in reading and writing English, with legible handwriting.
Experience with flat cement work, foundation and layout, basic blueprint understanding, framing, carpentry, electrical troubleshooting, basic plumbing, tile work, drywall, stucco, finish carpentry, window and door installation, roofing, waterproofing, and router work.

Kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
Tenant improvement work.
Tub and shower replacement, and more.
