Brighten Solar Co. is a local contractor installing solar and battery systems on homes and small businesses. We're hiring a dependable installer with experience in construction or solar. Full-time work, Monday through Friday.
JOB DUTIES:
- Install rooftop and ground-mount solar
- Install batteries (Tesla, Enphase, FranklinWH)
- Run wire, bend conduit, assist with electrical work
- Work on ladders and roofs
- Load/unload materials
- Keep the site safe and clean
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year experience in solar or general construction
- Comfortable working on roofs and ladders
- Can lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Able to follow directions and work with a team
NICE TO HAVE (not required):
- Experience installing batteries
- OSHA 10 or 30
- Familiar with conduit work or pulling wire
- Trade certifications (NABCEP, etc.)
