Our local company servicing both residential and commercial buildings in the Santa Barbara, Carpinteria, and Goleta community seeks experienced journeymen, plumbers, and other specialized tradesmen. We are a family owned business providing excellent compensation and great employee relationships. Our workload demand has expanded and we are looking to hire full-time plumbers, handymen, and experienced journeymen to start ASAP.
Required Skills:
Including but not limited to; plumbing services (gas lines, Pex pipes), drywall, stucco, textures, concrete, electrical, framing, installation of water heater, sinks, faucets, showers, fencing, general handyman and carpentry services. We require a reliable team player who values honesty, is punctual, and can adapt well to sudden changes while maintaining a presentable and professional demeanor during working hours.
Company Expectations:
Perform high quality plumbing repairs, installations, and other property maintenance services.
Ensure job completion is in compliance to all local plumbing codes and regulations.
Deliver purchased materials to active job sites.
Utilize smartphone applications required for accepting assigned projects and time tracking.
Diagnose issues and recommend effective solutions.
Document services performed and time spent at job locations daily.
Maintain consistent and clear communication between teammates.
Applicants MUST:
Take great pride and integrity in the execution and completion of their assigned projects.
Be confident in their ability to work independently and manage several different repair and maintenance services.
Be fully capable of lifting 40lbs without assistance or issues in bending and/or squatting for long and short periods of time
Read and communicate clearly in English.
Show a minimum of 2 Years experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related work
Provide proof of eligibility to work.
Hold a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
Provide valid social security number.
