Job Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial spaces, and vacation rental properties.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas.
Handle laundry, ironing, and organization of personal items as needed. Ensure all surfaces are polished and spotless.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, and report any issues or shortages.
Follow detailed cleaning instructions and checklists to ensure client satisfaction.
Adapt to varying cleaning needs for different types of properties.
Provide a high level of customer service and address any special requests from clients.
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Must be able to prove legal authorization to work in the U.S. and complete an I-9
