Position Overview
Ready for a fast-paced, exciting role? As a Field Technician/Material Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in our roofing operations by managing material deliveries, maintaining job site organization, and providing hands-on support. Every day is different, and you’ll be working alongside a skilled team to ensure our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Delivery & Coordination: Transport roofing materials, tools, and equipment to job sites, ensuring everything is where it needs to be.
- Job Site Organization: Assist our crews by unloading, organizing, and securing materials on-site while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
- Ladder & Equipment Setup: Set up ladders (up to 32 feet) and assist with safety protocols on job sites.
- Inspection Support: Help with permit inspections and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Coordination & Communication: Work directly with project managers to schedule deliveries and ensure job sites are prepared for the next phase.
- Tracking & Reporting: Use mobile apps to track deliveries, report statuses, and manage timecards.
- Vehicle & Equipment Care: Keep the company vehicle and tools clean, organized, and ready for use.

What You’ll Need
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (don’t worry, we’ll guide you through proper techniques)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
- Organizational skills to keep materials and sites on track
- Reliable transportation to get to work
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – it’s a plus, but not a must!
- OSHA safety certification (great if you have it, but we can help you get it!)
- Comfortable using mobile apps for tracking, reporting, and timekeeping
Physical Requirements
- Regular lifting, carrying, and moving of materials and tools
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights (safety is our priority!)
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Standing, walking, and driving for long periods
