Regenerative Landscape Alliance https://regen.coop is a full-service landscape contracting company. Our services include: consultation, design, installation, maintenance, and management. . We specialize in regenerative landscaping and water management.
Our team is unique in our high degree of horticultural training and knowledge. Many of our team members hold degrees in Horticulture and are Permaculture certified, are able to identify plant species, assess the health of a landscape and provide suggestions that will increase soil health, encourage landscape biodiversity and conserve water. We would love to find others with these skills and interests to add to our maintenance crews and installation teams.
We are looking for workers for:
Horticulturally informed garden maintenance
Irrigation installation and repair
Sustainable lawn care
Landscape installations- which may include strenuous labor
Compensation starts at: $18-24/hour, depending on experience, with raises over time
Type of employment: part time to start. We particularly need more workers on Tuesdays-Thursdays; flexible availability is an advantage. This could lead to full time work in the future.

Requirements:
A Social Security card and ID issued by the US or state government are a must.
Ability to move heavy objects, such as rock, gravel and soil.
A clean driving license.
Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus.
