We are looking to hire multiple qualified individuals for immediate placements on long and short term assignments to help complete the punch list and customer service duties for our newly built communities in Santa Barbara.
Qualified candidates could start as soon as tomorrow!!!
We hire for all Tradesman, Journeyman and apprentice-level candidates.
Essentially, we need qualified tradesmen to assist in completing all of the punch list items so that new homeowners can walk into their homes with the confidence that every detail has been repaired and perfected. While communicating with new homeowners anything that does need to be repaired after move in and scheduling any subcontractors or completing the repairs yourself if doable.
