Our company Brighten Solar Co. is looking for motivated, hard working individuals, with construction experience. Solar, electrical or roofing experience is a strong plus.

Our schedule is booked for months in advance, and we need hard-working and motivated professionals to join our installations crew.
Solar Installer skills:
Working knowledge and experience with roof mounts, penetrations and flashing;
Experience working safely on a roof;
Running and bending conduit and proper attachment methods;
Hanging/wiring inverter;
Wiring solar array;
Troubleshooting skills with common electrical issues related to residential solar;
Experience installing batteries is a plus.
Team spirit
Compensation: starting at $25/hr+ depending on experience, paid benefits including health, vision, dental insurances, retirement plan with employer contribution, disability, life insurance. Paid vacations and holidays.
Employment type: full time.
