Solar Installer skills:
Working knowledge and experience with roof mounts, penetrations and flashing;
Experience working safely on a roof;
Running and bending conduit and proper attachment methods;
Hanging/wiring inverter;
Wiring solar array;
Troubleshooting skills with common electrical issues related to residential solar;
Experience installing batteries is a plus.
Team spirit
Compensation: $25-$40/hr, depending on experience, paid benefits including health, vision, dental insurances, retirement plan with employer contribution, disability, life insurance. 2 weeks paid vacations per year and paid holidays.
Employment type: full time.
