Alternative workweek schedule: Monday 7-3:30pm, Tuesday through Thursday 7-4:30, and Friday 7-12:00pm, vacation accrual, sick pay, 7 paid holidays per year, medical, and 401k benefits offered. Inceptions are varied. Must be at least 18 years of age, and have a valid Driver’s License. MVR required. Must be able to communicate clearly, take instruction, and work well with a team. Position requires a minimum of 5 years welding/fabricating experience, with welding certifications to back up experience level. Must have shop fabrication skills and shop tool knowledge for use in welding and fabrication, and capable of discerning and reading plans. Potential to progress and learn, work with various types of metals; steel, stainless, and aluminum, work in the field to support experienced team members with on site welding, grinding, and various installations. Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: driving, maintaining, and refueling welding fleet trucks, general housekeeping, helping put materials and supplies away daily. Able to take initiative, be a self-starter, and driven to get tasks done in a timely fashion. Prepared to work in a team environment both in the shop and in the field and enjoy doing something different every day. Knowledge of the area is preferred but not required.
