We are currently working in Santa Barbara.
Duties: Preparing customer's properties for tree work operations, assisting in tree pruning and take-down operations, cleaning up branches and debris, maintaining tree processing machinery chipping brush, loading wood, splitting wood, operating machinery, learn to assist in the pruning or removing of trees as directed using the aerial lift or climbing.
Climber Pay: 18.00 to 30.00 or more, per hour, depending on skill level.
Groundsman Pay: 15.00 to 18.00 per hour.
Bonuses as available: 15.00 to 80.00 per week possible.
Payday: Every two weeks.
Benefits: Group benefits but no health insurance at this time.
Requirements:
Have a car and be able to come to the yard or work site each day on time. Wear personal protective equipment at all times.
Follow written and verbal attendance and safe work policies. Be responsible, alert, clear of thought and willing to learn each day. Be willing to communicate and be honest. Have consistent and acceptable attendance and work ethic.
Lift at least 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
A California Driver's License and an excellent driving record helps.
