Delivery Driver / Logistics Associate (Between Goleta and San Luis Obispo)
Location: Based in Goleta or San Luis Obispo
Schedule: Mon–Fri
If SLO Based: 8:15am–5:00pm
If Goleta Based: 10:30am7:30pm
Pay: $18-$25

About Boone Graphics: We are a data forward print manufacturer based out of Goleta, CA with a sales office in San Luis Obispo. We support healthcare, education, and local organizations with secure, time-critical print and mail.
Job Role: You’ll be the friendly face that keeps work moving between our Goleta production center, our SLO office, and customers along the 101 corridor. 70-90% of the day consists of driving / deliveries.
Daily delivery route between the SLO and Goleta offices
Utilize work phone for deliveries and work computer to prepare and close the deliveries
Assist in the packaging/shipping/receiving department with packaging jobs, checking in packages, etc.
Assist in facilities work at both offices
Job responsibilities vary based on employee's city of residence
Needed:
Customer-first attitude
Represents the company professionally in all customer interactions, clear communication, courteous demeanor, and reliable follow-through.
Calm under pressure
Clean CA driver’s license & record; 21+ (non-CDL route driving).
Able to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver pallets/boxes safely.
Able to easily maneuver a smartphone and computer
Detail oriented
Proper time management
Nice-to-haves:
Courier/route experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Forklift certified
Print/mail or healthcare-adjacent work experience
Knowledge of the roads and businesses between Goleta and San Luis Obispo
