About the Role
Location: Santa Barbara & Montecito, CA – serving local clients and nearby airports.
Vehicle: Company-provided Luxury Black XL SUV (seats up to 6). No lease or rental – we cover insurance, maintenance, exterior cleaning, and fuel. The car is kept clean, stocked, and ready every shift, but please clean up after your passengers!
Employment Type: W-2 employee (not a contractor). You’ll work exclusively with our fleet during scheduled shifts (day or night blocks available).
Platform: Drive on Uber Black and Lyft Lux Black platforms using our vehicle. We’ll assign you to pre-scheduled blocks, so you have predictable hours while still enjoying the variety of rideshare work.
Responsibilities: Provide safe, professional, and courteous service to all riders. Represent our team with excellent customer service (help with luggage, friendly attitude) and follow all traffic and app rules. We take care of the backend logistics so you can focus on driving and earning!

What You Bring – Qualifications
Uber Black Qualified: An active Uber (Black) and Lyft driver account in good standing, with experience on premium ride tiers (Uber Black / Lyft Lux) preferred. You should already be approved to drive at the Uber Black level (or have the credentials to qualify).
Clean Driving Record: Valid driver’s license and a clean MVR – no at-fault accidents or major moving violations in the last 5 years. Safety and professionalism are a must.
Proven Rideshare Experience: You have a strong track record on rideshare platforms (high ratings and solid trip counts). Please be ready to show your driver ratings and number of trips to demonstrate your excellent service history.
Professionalism & Hustle: Punctual, reliable, and customer-service oriented. You take pride in making riders feel comfortable and VIP, and you’re willing to hustle to maximize earnings. Friendly communication, a neat appearance, and adherence to Uber/Lyft Black standards (professional attire, etc.) are expected.
Tech-Savvy & Area Knowledge: Comfortable using the Uber/Lyft driver apps and GPS navigation. Familiarity with the Santa Barbara, Montecito, and tri-county area roads is a plus.
