This cloud-native company uses their unique application-centric stance to aid in backups, cross-clustering, and disaster recovery, as a leading Bay Area startup. Based in the Santa Clara, this company is looking for someone to help them with their data management platform and their open-source framework.

As their Java Engineer, you will utilize Kubernetes and Springboot frameworks to own new features in their distributed architecture and be a key contributor to the cloud-native realm. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to ramp up your expertise in any and everything "cloud-native".
Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Software Developing
• Deep experience with Java and/or Python
• Demonstrable work with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
• Previous work handling contributing to open source

Desired Skills & Experience

• BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering
• Private cloud server experience is highly desired
• Kubernetes/Docker is a huge plus
• Passion for code quality and standards
