Bookkeeper

Labor Finders is seeking an experienced entry level bookkeeper for a reputable company located in the beautiful scenic country of Solvang.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of the Assistant, the perfect candidate will perform basic accounting and bookkeeping duties, coordinates with tenants, vendors for all accounting activities for various entities. Prepares accounting reports, monthly budgets, payroll processing, reconcile accounts, pay accounts payable, maintain an accurate filling system, be able to comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements. Must also be able to provide clerical and administrative support to management while following accounting policies and procedures.
Bookkeeper Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar position.
Basic knowledge of computer programs (Excel, Word, ADP RUN, Quick books, Outlook).
Excellent phone and email etiquette, written/verbal interpersonal and presentation skills.
Passion for interacting with people, meeting daily challenges and solving problems.
High School Graduate and or equivalent certification.
Must have valid drivers license and verifiable proof of eligibility to work.
Must be able to speak, write, and comprehend English.
Must be able to physically lift 50 lbs of dead weight.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends when needed.
