Branch Supervisor Lompoc, CA
Under direction of the Branch Manager is responsible for efficiently supervising the daily operations and assigned employees of the branch in addition to assuming the responsibilities of the Manager during his/her absence.
Some responsibilities are;
Plans, manages, directs, organizes and controls the operational activities and employees of the branch, including cross selling, member service, quality, safety and security control.
Assists the Branch Manager to ensure objectives are attained, plans fulfilled, and member service delivery is professional and efficient.
Monitors and observes employee performance, demeanor, technical accuracy, sales and service efforts.
Assists the Branch Manager in providing leadership and professional development of branch staff.
Makes necessary changes in scheduled staffing levels based on service levels, anticipated events and promotions and transaction volume.
Monitors, manages and monthly service standard results daily, weekly, and monthly.
Answers questions, recommends corrective services to address member complaints.
Provides assistance on complex inquiries, transactions and problem resolution.
Maintains the ability to process and fund loans of all types as well as cross-sell products and services.
Reviews employees activities and works with Branch Manager to formulate recommendations concerning important policies and services.
Maintains teamwork and morale among employees.
Performs the responsibilities of the Branch Manager during his/her absence.
Some requirements of the job;
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of branch operational activities and practices as would normally be acquired from three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience within a financial institution
Knowledge of Computer system/software to effectively perform job. Experience with Episys, ideal.
Ability to analyze information and quickly identify and resolve problems
Ability to be bonded
