We are currently hiring for a Full Charge Bookkeeper position in the Solvang area. This position is full-time and temp-to-hire. The payrate for this position is $25 an hour. If you are qualified and interested in the position, please apply ASAP!
Duties and Responsibilities
Account reconciliations Accounts payable/Accounts receivable
Preparation of financial statements
Preparation of payroll, payroll tax, and sales tax returns
Preparation of forms 1096/1099 and forms W-2/W-3
Preparation of related schedules and reports as needed
Other tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications
Associated degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Word
Extensive knowledge of bookkeeping and financial accounting standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask
Excellent work ethic, self-motivated
Detail oriented/focused
Excellent organizational skills
Quick to learn
