Full job description
The ideal candidate should have a passion for landscaping, minimum 5 years’ experience and a strong understanding of various landscape maintenance techniques.
Duties
Perform lawn care activities including mowing, aerating, fertilizing, and weed control.
Supervise and train junior staff in landscape maintenance practices.
Irrigate plants and lawns effectively to promote healthy growth.
Conduct regular groundskeeping tasks such as leaf removal, debris cleanup, and seasonal planting.
Provide tree care services including pruning, trimming, and health assessments.
Skills required
5 years’ experience in supervising teams in landscape maintenance field.
Strong knowledge of garden design principles and plant care requirements.
Ability to irrigate efficiently using various irrigation systems.
Experience in operating equipment like tractors and ride on mowers.
Bi-lingual skills in Spanish and English is a plus.
Leadership skills to guide team members effectively while fostering a positive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour plus bonus
Expected hours: 40 per week
